The property is comprised of 53 patented claims, 107 unpatented federal claims, and 240 State of Alaska claims that cover a total area of 5,971.6 hectares. The Shorty Creek Project is located 120 kilometers northwest of Fairbanks, Alaska and four kilometers to the south of the all-weather paved Elliott Highway within the Livengood-Tolovana Mining District.

Here is an idea why don’t you rewrite it for her to demonstrate what you mean since you are so superior. How would you convey what she said?
