There must have been so many people trying to login this morning that it messed the servers up.  The app is still not working but I'm able to login online.

Chester... Im with Cibc It happened last month on an issue with an addition to there system.. Trailer sell and buy... A bug on the site all direct transactions was blocked for a few days... They stop this addition and return with the last system. They gave me two weeks of free trading after.. Hope we finish 1.22 plus should be nice for a day like this .. Gold price suffered today

The same happened to me. CiBC gave everyone using investors edge 2 weeks free trading. But man, could imagine if someone wanted to sell and this damn glitch prevented them. Goodluck trying to call and get through to an agent to make a buy or sell order. You're screwed!

Many years ago that kind of bug happened frequently. ( caused by Internet issues ) I wrote to Cibc if we will have the option Trailer Buy /Sell ((This addition caused this bug .)) They told me ..they dont see this in a near futur . They've probably had a lot of complaints about this problem.   To make us shut up.  Sent us a two week free transaction fee.  But we have
