Won't surprise me at all...Sprott taking it all, with over flow as well...why not,...he has always participated in raises. Whats $7.5 mm dollars to him...surprised he didn't do a non-brokered deal...Just my view...

considering Sprott has been such a supporter of these juniors and especially FVL hats off to him if he does take a large chunk, at least it would ease the pain for some ... it always hurts when one feels it could have been better than it is .. 25 plus years of trading this stuff and one starts to get a little numb to it all .. (-

Don"t be surprised once this $10mm closes...Sprott does a Non-Brokered PP for $5-10mm with same terms. This he will do to keep his equity % ownership of being diluted lower. Not uncommon ..seen him do these placements often. Gets more money to the company to further support their 2024 drilling program. we could see this announced at same time as the closing...My opinion! All good if this

We don’t need another 100,000,000 shares! Just get the SP up to .60 and the outstanding warrants will be exercised! This raise is even questionable, as the management has us rocking at $8.00 POG in the the ground which is unreasonably low even at $2,000 gold.

Still scratching my head as to why PEA and new resource wasn't released before fund raising. If it was as good as I assume it will be, share price would have been way higher and so much less dilution of shares. But alas,management is way late again on promised news releases.

Get the PEA done and start the permitting process!
