No doubt all the recommendations at the AGM passed.
Will be interesting to see what exactly the deal will be. As long as it's doable, and as long as they have any needed financing lined up, investors should do well.
I just hope they don't come up short like FFF.p (Northern Frontier) who were unsuccessful in procuring their financing. It's not easy raising funds these days, so management needs to be able to get things done efficiently and in a timely manner, IMO.
Let's hope for the best.
