Given the re banner of 11 B and M and 5 Economax into Tanguay, it appears BMTC is fully passing operations to the Tanguay family. They merged the IT platform last year, I think they want to get ...more

Starting a position

Well over $7 a share in cash and investments. 1.6 million ft  of owned real estate. I googled the locations. Most are very high traffic sites with major neighbors. Value is likely much higher ...more

Real Estate

I believe they are involved in redevelopment of site where store was closed. I cannot see how to value company with r/e interest but seems to be significant buying demand over current EV.
