COLABOR LIKELY TO BE A TAKEOVER IN 2022

COLABOR LIKELY TO BE A TAKEOVER IN 2022
A TD buyer stepped in this morning with 48,000 share at $0.75.

Takeover rumours have been going on since several years.  Some of you may remember investment fund manager Fabrice Taylor predicting $3.00.  That outcome will however never happen and Mr. Taylor has now faded away from the spectrum.

As for Bobby Briscoe, also known as MadBob, given Colabor's refusal to buy his own Dub et Loiselle enterprise, he appears to have stopped fooling around with Colabor since November 24, 2021.

Filing Date - Transaction Date - Insider Name - Ownership

Dec 9/21 - Dec 9/21 Briscoe, Robert John - Disposition in the public market-50,000 $0.800
Nov 23/21 - Nov 19/21 Briscoe, Robert John - Disposition in the public market-38,500 $0.800
Nov 19/21 - Nov 18/21 Briscoe, Robert John - Disposition in the public market-29,500 $0.820
Nov 16/21 - Nov 15/21 Briscoe, Robert John - Disposition in the public market-7,500 $0.880
Nov 16/21 - Nov 15/21 Briscoe, Robert John - Disposition in the public market-10,000 $0.900

Nov 9/21 - Nov 8/21 Briscoe, Robert John     - Disposition in the public market-20,500 $0.850
Nov 5/21 - Nov 5/21 Briscoe, Robert John     - Disposition in the public market-100,000 $0.850

As for Louis Frenette 1M options at $1.14, he must be annoyed to see the current below $1 share price of GCL

Aug 18/21 - Aug 16/21 Frenette, Louis - Grant of options1,000,000 $1.14

Once the shares climbs above $1, a takeover should take place shortly afterwards.
