Briscoe sells anther 50k at 0.80
Maybe his objective is to frustrate or indimidate investors from participating in the company's turnaround

His goal is to buy the entire company at a big discount or to get out without too much loses. We are in for a long period before this is settled. During that period, it could be good idea to buy at .70 and sell it back at .80. 0.80 seems to be the floor for Briscoe.
