At that level, I'll be surprise if the company agrees to a takeover. The stock is dirt cheap. On the other hand, with all the management changes over the last 5-6 years and the conclusion that they were not able to create sustainable shareholder value, it's time for a big change. In that situation, as a long term shareholder, I'm ready to tender my shares if the offer is around $1.20
