the problem is.. GCM gave away 56% of Marmato and now the get it back for more diluton ..

Yep, they been doing dilution for years, like clockwork, over and over and over.

and new management will stop such transaction in the future ...

Nope, no rainbows or unicorns here.  Management that has been driving the dilution, Serafino, is still there.  It will continue.  The best guy they had, Davies, who tried to restrain the dilution I think, is now gone.  It will be the same or worse.

yes , GCM is highly undervalued now ...    but we could own all these projects with 60 or 70  million shares outstanding ...old management destroyed value  ... the good part is..

Still same management, serafino still there. Do not be misled into thinking the dilution and destruction will change, just because you own shares and WANT to think that.

i think Serafino knows he is not able building these big mines and new we have mine-builders as new management...

GCM was always excellent at mining.  Horrible at capital markets.  Serafino was good, for mining.

i hope new management will scale back Soto Note and will make the prajekt less capital intensice.... but first we have to built Marmato + Toroparu{/quote]

Maybe they will do sore more "value enhancing" spinoffs, then re merge again a bit down the road.

What a piece of garbage reject company.  They spend all their profits on dilution and on capital market transaction fees.  We're in a good gold price environment for the past many years.  When we hit the opposite, a bad price environment, this c rap company is going to go straight into the dumpster down to zero.

It's heads you don't win, tails you lose.
