(TSX:GCT.TO) between August 18, 2017, and August 21, 2017, Johnson said. This represents approximately 2.85% of the issued and outstanding class B shares of GVIC.The shares were purchased through the facilities of the Toronto Stock Exchange at a price of CDN 0.26 per share, for total consideration of CDN 31,200.
