This Stock Seems Interesting (aka cheap)

Admittedly, I do not know a tone about housing development stocks. This one is on my radar now. I think it looks cheap, and has the potential to re-rate at a higher price once the NEXT quarterly statement is out. Calgary real estate is HOT y'all and this company has almost all their eggs in that basket. $2.65 looks cheap, hoping to buy it at $2.4 over the next two months.
