Is This Stock About to go Parabolic?

Everything seems to be lining up. The Federal and Provincial Government of Alberta is using the phrase "housing crisis" over and over. News announcements today and tomorrow. CMHC recognizing it is a "supply problem". Mitchell is buying more shares in the open market even though they control what 75% of the company?

Is   he   outbidding   the issuer   bid?    For   the  dead  beats  coming  we  need  rooming   houses  whose   rent  will  be paid   by  social  assistence ( ie   you  and me)

Too bad   the issuer   bid   is not   buying  these   shares   that   the  insiders  are   buying   then   all  shareholders   would    benefit    not    just    those   at   the top.    The  ...more

Apparently "creeping takeover" is an American phrase. I mentioned it didn't look good but was corrected from using this phase when I attended their last annual meeting. I'm still looking into the legality of this as my corporate lawyer's phrase is "if it smells bad it probably is bad".
