New Chairman of the Board

Interesting the new Chairman is a lawyer who "continues to play a key role in strategic development for Cascades."

On the one hand, I question why a lawyer would be the best person to run a company lilke Goodfellow, but perhaps he was selected for his strategic development abilities and we see a sale/merger of the copmpany going forward.

good point re strategic alternatives going forward. otherwise seems like quite of an odd fit indeed for this type of company. one might also question why this company is listed. They have no need for additional capital and the market doesn't seem to be interested in it and give it a fair value.

I'd say the market doesn't know about this company also there isn't much stock to buy just small amounts for small investors like me 2000 shares .Maybe some stock comes out above 16 $ .
