stockman70, all that info is in the news releases, or you can go to Sedar.com, also i believe that the 2 schools alone, sprott shaw, and ascenda are worth alone $30, basically the market cap where we are now, so your getting the hotel equity for free.  STILL, CHEAP CHEAP CHEAP.
