Buying continues...

Buying back big chunks today, 150,000 shares.  Given the past decade of buybacks has done nothing to improve the share price, this is just the same old same old.  Wouldn't all this spending on buying back shares look a lot better as a dividend??  If anyone cared about the shareholders??  Endless stream of shares for sale.
