Yeesh! CIBT seems to have a knack for getting themselves wrapped up in botched and delayed projects. Delays and more delays as this will now be tied up in the courts. The only silver lining is if CIBT can scoop up the entire project for a deal and carry it forward. Even so, highly doubtful they can pull it off without other delays down the road. CIBT will need to do some hard work to restore ...more

Looks like this could take a year or more to settle out. Remember how long Surrey took to get traction? Investors were told that it was always a few months away.  No. 3 Road development in Richmond hit by lawsuits Yeesh!!!
