@petelazier Hi Pete, I hear you. No significant news in several months. Its not for lack of trying. We are working hard to update the 2021 feasibility study with both scope changes resulting from detailed engineering and inflation. Most of our other efforts, other than permitting, stem from that updated report (expected within a few weeks). Our main focus right now is the banking syndicate (going well), identifying and negotiating for equipment (going well). We are also speaking with several government agencies regarding funding made available under various critical minerals initiatives. We are the next critical minerals project slated to go ahead in Canada. We also continue to speak with several private equity funds regarding creative non-dilutive financings. And we are close on announcing offtake agreements. Permits are slower than hoped, partly due to our own consultants. The governments involved have promised to expedite these, we'll see. So, expect a strong news flow over the next couple of months and hopefully initial construction starting in the summer or fall. I hope that helps. Cheers, Kerry
