RE:this is a clear scam.Actually, there is the realistic way of intepreting it... Permits. Thats it.They aren't behind on updated timelines so not sure what you are going off about. And I would hedge my bets that they already have financing - pending permits. Red tape/beauracacy/due diligence...that's all. Given management track record i would highly doubt they would go this far and spend 10's of millions just to scam everyone. They could have done that pre EA and not bothered with a new feasibility. Get off Netflix and quit it with the conspiracies already. It's a billion dollar mine, not a playground.
