VP finance position?

Anyone see that VP finance posting is up on linkdin? Chris was there less than a year.
I assume there is a change in strategy and they need someone with more particular experience.
Like acquisitions?

it's absolute crunch time .... and they're vp of finance is out the door and they're looking for a replacement ? at the 11th hour ? boy, that's a great sign. if that doesn't indicate.a rudderless ship, i don't know what does. although i'm sure the koolaid drinkers will consider this great news, somehow.
