Loss

LossRevenue of $1 billion and a loss of $115 million. So that's a loss of 11.5%. This business may have no economies of scale. As the revenues goes up the cost goes up at the same rate. These guys are gonna fall apart if that's the case. They now have a $1.2 billion deficit with revenues of just over 3 billion per year. Spruce point says they are cash destructive the numbers seem to bear this out.
