Greenfirst Forest Products to trade on TSX

The Toronto Stock Exchange reports that Greenfirst Forest Products Inc. will be listed and posted for trading on the TSX at the open on Feb. 10, 2022. According to the TSX, there will be 177,572,272 common shares of the company issued and outstanding, and 49,509,845 shares reserved for issuance. The shares will trade under the symbol GFP, in Canadian dollars and with Cusip No. 39526A 10 0.
The TSX reports that Greenfirst Forest is focused on environmentally sustainable forest management and lumber production. It serves residential and commercial construction markets, as well as the industrial market. According to the TSX, the company intends to retain its earnings, if any, to finance growth and development of its business, and has no present intention of paying dividends or making other distributions in the foreseeable future. The company does not currently have a policy with respect to the payment of dividend.
The TSX reports that Greenfirst Forest has been listed on the TSX Venture Exchange since Jan. 13, 2021, under the symbol GFP. The company will be delisted from the TSX-V on Feb. 10, 2022, upon the start of trading on the TSX. The company's transfer agent and registrar is Computershare Investor Services Inc. at its principal office in Vancouver, B.C., and its fiscal year-end is Dec. 31.
