In their case it would seem they let their banking buddies short a little off fluff PRs then let them cover with PP stock. Only my opinion, but has been happening for a decade. So not unusual to see good news along with PP announcement. I didn't like it but you get money when you can. And if Sprott is involved it will happen more than needed, imo. Coincidentally Sprott is involved with BTR. But, at least this stock goes up, not down after PPs. We will be back at yearly highs and higher soon.
