I and many others are feeling that last private placement is to secure Brad's 3/4 million dollar salary! We were flying high until that last dilution with very vague reasons of why now.

You seriously think that BL is not a good ceo? He is one of the main reasons why i am a Ggd shareholder since 2018 and more than 500% up. Look at his track record! His salary is normal when comparing with others 500M-1B companies in mining space. He also own 5% of Ggd! He is a guy that can build mines or make deals to sell projects.  If you look at any silver junoir worth looking at are up more than  500% in the last 3 years. Like I stated never have I seen a pp announced the same day as drill results. Maybe he has lost a step or something. Did my research before I bought and agree what he has done in the past and maybe should have given him a pass instead of over reacting.

You should follow Metanor/Bonterra. They are famous for fluff drill results followed by PP announcement. In their case it would seem they let their banking buddies short a little off fluff PRs then let them cover with PP stock. Only my opinion, but has been happening for a decade. So not unusual to see good news along with PP announcement. I didn't like it but you get money when you can. And
