Mexico's ban on open Pit mining

Mexico has not baned open pit mining, but a proposal has been put forth. Read here: https://www.bnamericas.com/en/news/mexican-mining-chamber-claims-open-pit-ban-threatens-us39bn-investments In all likelihood it will not pass, however perception is 9/10 of reality, until it isn't. Good call shorting, but don't wait too long to cover!

Some facts: 1. Mexico has NOT banned open pit mining and it is highly unlikely that they will. 2. Brad has clearly stated that the permit requested is for UNDERGROUND mining and approval is still expected in the summer.
