An investigation has shown ties between powerful cartels, and advisors and public servants close to AMLO.

Moreover, AMLO has apparently met with Ismael Sinaloa (a cartel leader) just before being elected.

And AMLO has received (from the Sinaloa cartel) $2M for his electoral campaign.

So it looks as if AMLO is not as "clean" as his policies, eh?

I think Manny's posture is more about getting (tons of) money than about a clean and green Mexico. Something tells me he won't be very popular when comes the time to get support for his vote about his economy-crushing ban on open pits.
