As Darcy mentioned at the last AGM, he and David rely on the monthly dividend and would be as pleased as we would be to see it starting to increase. Still hard to wait but a lot easier when the end of the road is coming into view.

Guessing there's an 80% chance that GH announces at least $0.01/mo increase to dividend with either Q4 or Q1 earnings.
The 20% chance of no raise means they've found a better use for discretionary cash flow.
