RE:Jason Donville - BNN - RISKYThanks for posting.

The "early days" comment by Mr Donville is, however, more than a little misleading.

Givex was founded by Don Gray, the current CEO in 1999. These are early days only in the sense that Givex was not floated on the TSX until late 2021.

The company has grown sales by approx 50% since its TSX launch, has a large international footprint and regularly reports new sales wins, including the recent contract for 14,000 Retail Gas Stations across North America.

I refer to my post in January of this year highlighting the company's very low EV/Sales ratio, especially given the very sticky nature of recurring revenue in this sector. I remain convinced that this company offers an extremely attractive takeover target to some of the larger PE-backed consolidators in this sector and expect the share price to continue to track higher over the coming months.

Harry.
