I'm a bit perplexed at the argument that going to the TSX (from Venture) is a bad thing.  Yes, you have to adhere to more regulations but it also shows you're legitimate, have access to additional institutional investors, and it creates more volume and investor interest.  Similar to the OTCBB or OTCQB vs. NASDAQ listings in the U.S.  I've been in this for over 30 years
