Ok, it doesn't look so bad
3x revenues doesn't, on the surface, appear outrageous. Accretive very soon. But the big challenge will be to get two very different cultures to come together and form one. Not easy.
The only small-company Canada-UK tech merger I can remember was a total disaster--though, in fairness, Gennum is a smarter company than that Canadian operation I recall. We'll see. Two sets of egos on opposite sides of the Atlantic will make for one tough managerial challenge.
