Never the less, I expect you pretty much understood what I am intending to convey with respect to requisite derisking, windows of opportunity and the requisite priming, with 'stellar news' from the Quebec and Federal government representatives, of GRA's share price much higher than current levels.
Heck Paradigm Capaital can 'prime' the share price up to share price points previously determined. Tell them to put their money where their mouth is and make it happen; and yet "therein lies the rub", so to speak.
Paradigm is merely "talking a good game"; and yet, that's all they are doing.
A push up and hope to dump their position into any generated strength; this before the entire market bottom once again falls out from supporting any presently unprofitable small cap equities issuers, as we approach the last week of February.
