RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Over at the c_o.ca site
Hello Lire02.
Well then, according to you, there does not exist a stipulated and 'perhaps requisite' hold period applicable to any of the NanoXplore shares sold by way of this $30M amednded shelf prospectus.
Two Part Question:
So, would it be possible that certain of the underwriters - heck perhaps all of them -, could conceivably immediately utilize a portion or all of the NanoXplore shares sold to them by way of this $30M bought deal financing, to perhaps "cover" the longest of maintained NanoXplore 'short positions; or alternatively, individually or concertedly immediately utilize their apportioned amount of soon to be received NanoXplore shares in order to provide a requisite assrance that any subsequently taken up and aggressively initiated NanoXplore short position could be immediately "covered", i.e. should NanoXplore's share price all too suddenly be made to begin a aggressive and multi-tiered upward trajectory from the depths some of such underwriters and/or their respective 'high net worth clients' could be planning to take the GRA share price to following the closing of said capital raise?
By the way Lire02. There is absolutely no need on my part to "check with my legal advisors".
Thanks.
