Pre Opening Markets for GRA

Can anyone explain the bizarre early preopenings on GRA shares. This morning at 9:00 am bid 1800 at 4.01 offering 500 at 4.01 . Yesterday same pattern, with first trades at about 4.20, closing 4.45 after trading all over the map . I cann understand the bids, but why the offerings at huge discount to the prevailing day's close.

Do the more experienced day traders on the Board have any explanations ?
