I do not believe that Soroush has any intention of utilizing this facility
to its full extent any time in the near future. It is,however, a convenient tool to have tucked away should incredible opportunities suddenly arise as one might reasonably anticipate in such a fast moving industry.

As to how much capital Nanoxplore and Martinrea should put at risk in the battery venture, I'll leave that to them. Also, there is nothing, to the best of my limited knowledge, that says both Nano and Martinrea need invest the same amounts, or maintain their respective ownership levels.
Both companies have agreed to a quite substantial initial investment
in VoltaXplore and done the initial work to confirm the efficacy of their process. They bring the brains and tecnology, let others bring the brunt of the financing to the table.

I don't think anyone tells Martinrea to "piss or get off the pot". The company had the wherewithall to invest significant funds in Nano, and its principals have continued to acquire shares subsequent to their initial very significant investment.
As far as the "Go or No Go",I see that as essentially just a statement of fact.

Why, in the world, would Souroush want to discourage any support that Professor Dahn might bring to the project ? Are you suggesting that Soroush might fear a negative report from the Dalhousie team ?
