RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Nanoxplore needs money to build production facilityHello Lire02
In addressing the $500M shelf prospectus, you stated "I do not believe that Soroush has any intention of utilizing this facility to its full extent any time in the near future. It is,however, a convenient tool to have tucked away should incredible opportunities suddenly arise as one might reasonably anticipate in such a fast moving industry."
RESPONSE: Not sure whether you recall that a while ago I did mention a U.S graphene comprised automotive parts and components manufacturer and supplier to Ford perhaps needing to be taken public, as part in parcel of a later tendered NanoXplore takeover". I suggested the takeover of such a private company could very well provide a exit strategy for the current primary principal shareholders of such a graphene comprised parts and components supplier to Ford.
I mentioned that a certain U.S. industrial titan is holding the "material note" previously issued by the as yet unnamed corporation.
I aslo mentioned that such a privately operating company was producing and selling graphene comprised automotive parts and components and was doing so in violation of U.S. Federal Government environmental rules, regulations and specific USEPA legislation.
Pursuing the takeover of such a corporation would be demonstrative of the greatest material commitment being undertaken by NanoXplore toward ensuring to lock in lucrative supply contracts for "Graphene BlackTM" comprised automotive parts and components.
I'll leave this for you to consider.
Moving on.
Martinrea international Inc and NanoXplore Inc are equal partners in their ownership of the VoltaXplore enterprise; I'd expect equal in every respect Lire02.
Also, with respect to what you suggested about Martinrea International principals and their control of a minority ownership of NanoXplore Inc, I will reiterate that Martinrea International Inc is a relative peon operating within the North American automotive parts and components manufacturing industry.
Martinrea International is more than likely going to be allowed to be taken over by "bigger money" and parted off; this just to secure Martinrea's approximately 20% ownership of NanoXplore and Martinrea's 50% ownership exposure to the VoltaXplore enterprise.
Martinrea International Inc. has presented as a drag on NanoXplore and the VoltaXplore enterprise, lol.
Let Rob Wildeboer, Pat D'Aramo and the rest of those Martinrea executives take their "golden parachutes" and retire. NanoXplore needs industrial 'whales' supporting NanoXplore and VoltaXplore; not a relative guppy. LOL!
