Pretty much anything is possible, 1Student, but in the past Soroush has repeatedly said that financing for Voltaxplore will not be dilutive to Nanoxplore shareholders. That said, there are many solutions to getting the necessary equity financing without jeopardizing Nanoxplore shareholders.

I don't think you need get your knickers in a knot on this score. And, anything that does complete the financing for Voltaxplore without diluting Nanoxplore's share value, will, almost by definition, greatly INCREASE Nanoxplore's per share value.

But, then again, anything is possible!
