Regarding My previous Reply to Directvoice . . .Perhaps I should have tittled that reply to Directvoice "What Would Be Resulting for the NanoXplore Market Cap Either During 2027 Or Perhaps Before"
You Directvoice, suggested "Orion Engineered Carbons (OEC), a major player in the carbon black industry with a much bigger valuation (USD 1 billion) than Nanoxplore (CAD 350 million), may have the desire to buy the company".
The people and stakeholders over at Orion Engineered Carbons (OEC) would actually foolishly propose a buyout of NanoXplore when they simply can't afford to purchase NanoXplore and still be allowed to control the majority equity of the combined corporate entity?
I'd expect that any such consummated deal woud result in a reverse takeover of Orion Engineered Carbons (OEC) by NanoXplore.
There is still a certain problem with that kind of deal, i.e. why would NanoXplore want to end up owning Orion Engineered Carbons (OEC) at such a cost when the NanoXplore market cap is slated to dwarf that of Orion Engineered Carbons (OEC) during 2027 or perhaps before then?
We shouldn't forget that "commercial agreement" which NanoXplore is in the final stages of negotiating with that well known chemicals company, for the commercialization of and the licensed production of all that "Graphene BlackTM" enhanced insulative foam.
Do tell? Would you happen to think that Orion Engineered Carbons (OEC) can swim in the same waters as BASF or perhaps Dow Inc.
Ah yes. BASF marketing, manufacturing and selling NanoXplore's "Graphene BlackTM" enhanced insulative foam product to all those BASF customers . . . or perhaps my original pick from years ago, Dow Inc, doing so?
Suffice to say after what I have suggested, you can't still be thinking of Orion Engineered Carbons (OEC) Directvoice?
