I think the one thing we can be fairly sure of is that the share price is not going to stay at $$2.ish for much longer, though I'm not so sure that your extreme pessimism warranted ( maybe just a hope). 

in any case, I don't think , given recent volumes, that many shares could be dumped between now and Tuesday close of markets so we're kind of stuck.

Remember that old saying, " if you're inclined to panic, DO IT EARLY !! "
