Seems to me some fairly concentrated buying just below the 2.6 level , price being held in check by quite large offerings coming and going to perhaps discourage smaller shareholders who apparently make up a very large portion of the shares.

Insider purchases seem to have ceased at end of March. Blackout period ?

Could it  be that April will bring about some of the catalytic announcements long needed to spur the share price to the first of 1Student’s targeted resting points?

Ain't capitalism great?
