I tend to think so; as you mentioned "tops" implies by definition that the rest is lower and given the recent bad economic news, on-going-ever-lasting covid psychosis and geopolitical issues in tension nodes in europe and ME plus US elections in a few weeks, you'd better fasten your seat belt and brace hard.
