RE: China deal ? That has been my thought all along. Some BIG hand(s) might be supporting this(socialist activity) and all the rest that goes along with it. The sequence of events(as read from different news sources) has a certain fitting pattern to it that leads me to thoughts of muddy waters along the way, behind the scenes. A storm of this magnitude must of had some warning winds affecting some shores. Its not a straight path(in most instances) when one does business anywhere let alone in South America. There is a lot of money in crocked, corrupted hands, one has to be on the look out constantly.
