Good news! Evo is going away....Evo lost in a referendum to extend his presidency. GRZ has settled their case against VZ. details and a press release about the settlement are forth coming. Plenty of folks in South America will be looking at that settlement and could be influenced by it. Especially our case against the Bolivian theft of our brilliant silver mine!
Perhaps we can settle our case in a similar fashion. Our complaint has a two sided approach ,one of which is restitution of the project and $176.4 million award for damages.
