RE:RE:TMI B shares are still very undervalued.....Steve thank so much for your input here. I think TMI B Shares is one of those investments where there is a real inefficient market that surrounds this stock. The company wisely does not promote the arbitration case letting the facts speak for them. Yet the non dilutive contribution of somewhere between $10-15 million to the ordinary shares will be an incredible wind fall for the exploration work now underway at Gold Springs.
Your projection of $150 million AWARD has a nice ring to it!
Based on what happened in Bolivia and how they must overlooked the fact that they(TMI/SAC) were a British entity subject to the UK-BoliviaTreaty I have a hard time believing that we can loose this legal wrangle!!!
Hopefully we will see some price movement once the hearing is complete....
