Venezuela had unlawfully expropriated Rusoro's investments without paying compensation, according to a ruling on Monday by the Arbitration Tribunal operating under the World Bank's International Centre for the Settlement of Investment Disputes.
If you take this settlement on it's own and compare the TMI complaint award request it would suggest a worse case type award of around .72 cents after all funders expenses and the %15 payout back to the TMI has been made. I think we are going to be looking at between .72 cents and $1.06 for proceeds to TMI B shares....
