RE:RE:needed correction Interestingly, I called the head lawyer for South American's office this morning and learned that he was in Columbia, that is where the Bolivian and the head judge Zuleta lives. The odds are that they are working on coming to terms for how to deal with our judge that is ill and his inability to continue with the case.
My take is that the Bolivian judge has told Bolivian officials about the award ( it must be significant ) and that is why they prosed a "redo." Thank God that the award decision had been made and TRANSMITTED to the PCA on July 12th.
