(TSXV: WCU) started trading on the TSX Venture Exchange today under the stock symbol TSXV: WCU. Gold Springs Resource owns 39,675,594 common shares of World Copper which represents 30% of World Copper's issued and outstanding common shares. Gold Springs Resource was also issued a Special Warrant that gives it anti-dilution rights to enable it, for no additional consideration, to maintain its percentage shareholding interest in World Copper if holders of existing World Copper issued and outstanding warrants exercise them. Gold Springs Resource's common shares and special warrant shares are subject to escrow, with 3,967,559 shares already released from escrow and with 5,951,339 shares to be released from escrow every 6 months thereafter until all 39,675,594 shares are released.
