I would even say the CC companies are excessive given the extreme low rate environment of the past decade or so. I just worry that given these very politically correct times regulators come in and actually do something thats excessive but I would doubt it given the makeup of this country - then again this isn't the biggest market and it basically serves the helpless of our society and there are many in govt who thrive on helping those who cannot help themselves. Not trying to be harsh, I think its basically the truth.
