GTE the company bought back 21,000,000 shares but have not cancelled any. Usually companies cancel their buyback shares periodically. I'm not sure why they keep holding them unless they think they can resell them when the stockprice improves. Could present an overhang on the way up.
The insiders that were active are all senior officers of the company, they bought in under a company share purchase plan. To me that doesn't mean much as they aren't buying with their own money.
But none of them sold.
Their was a minor exception, GG bought 150,000 at 0.86 US, a small % of his GTE position
