The entire sector is bit damped by Fed's and news media. That is why most oil stocks are down even on a green oil scene. Today, Powell's speech is not really affecting the market, so media is all over the EV technology to give less attention to the energy sector. I am expecting some upside soon for GTE, as it is trading too low now.
