For Upcoming Meeting and Vote.

Do not vote for what Glass Lewis recommends for all proposed items at the upcoming Annual General Meeting of Stockholders.   

DO NOT APPROVE A REVERSE STOCK SLIT!!!!!!!!!

This could be very damaging to the stock price thereafter.

Do not vote these mermbers in again.  In good times like these, they have managed to distroy shareholders value!!!

Take a look all other companies reported or reporting, they have given beck value to investors.

Definitely, something wrong or sinister with this management.  DO NOT VOTE THIS MANAGEMENT OR BOARD MEMBERS!!!
