It's the 685 MILL OF NET DEBT!!! GOT IT? The properties are

fine, operations are fine. IT's the fact it would take 11-12 years of current free cashflow to pay off debt, that is the issue.  That must have to be taken into account when determining intrinsic value of the company.

Thank you drunk@noon, I haven't been on this board for many years, the odd time lately since retiring.  Wow! How did the the board of directors allow Guidry to rack up such a debt??  I mean they have been selling oil all the while.  Operating, exploration and hush costs had obviously gotten out of hand.  Wow! Guidry is the guy we trust to get us out of debt in 8 to 12 ...more
